In 1908, "Warren-Bisbee Railway" trolley line began. According the to the Warren Company's 1908 Annual Report, the electric system was completed from Warren to Bisbee and to the mines, and an extension of the road was built to the Warren District Country Club, a distance of about three-quarters of a mile south of Warren. This electric line was thrown open to the public on March 11th, and the arrival of the first car into Bisbee was the occasion of one of the greatest demonstrations ever held in the camp. From the opening of the line to the end of the year, over one million passengers were carried, and the business of the line has shown a very steady increase each month.
I can not seem to find any reference to Vista Park on the web. I have seen photo's of the Warren District Country Club. The 'ballpark' still exists and it can be presumed Vista Park was at the same location.
