In researching Trolley's and 'Street-Cars' of El Paso I can find no reference to any other Park except the Trolley's went to Washington Park. There were attempted suburban towns promoted by the Trolley's such as Highland Park BUT I don't think such was ever a Park vs. just a 'town name'. I might add there is mention of 'The Fairgrounds' as early as 1889 as a place that OFTEN hosted Circuses and Horse Racing, etc. More information needed. Do a present map search. I do not know exact location but it was in Cotton Street area and on the San Antonio Street Trolley Line.
