Ballast Reef Beach, Norwalk, Connecticut. Somebody forwarded the above images. Very Poor images. I can not find a reference to this beach. To me it looks like Roton Point in Norwalk, Connecticut. My guess might be a period of time after the demise of Roton Point. Otherwise this listing will be removed if something more correct is found. Why list ? Is that not a Carousel Building ? (original submission was a huge vague image and a Carousel Building was obvious. Image shrunk for this website)
