I ran accross this and decided to include it but nothing much known at this time except there was a 'train' museum in Harpers Ferry up to recent. Now the links point to ANOTHER railroad tourist type operation. So I presume at least the old name and some functions died as of recent-2004?

It seems this place operated miniture railroad rides such as found in amusement parks with a railroad called Joyline Railroad. It seems this operation existed way back into the 1930's.
