Frank Flint owned a cottage on the bluffs called Sunnyside nearby his popular summer resort. In 1933, the three-story, 40 room Hotel burned to the ground and was later rebuilt as a resort on a smaller scale. Amongst many things there was a Toboggan Slide and Chute. Camp Elizabeth, on the bluffs of Indian Point.....
