North Hampton, New Hampshire. Putt-A-Round Miniature Golf and Railroad. This is only included because they have an operating Miniature Railroad. I think they rescued it from one of the Amusement Parks that closed in Rhode Island.

I am not sure this place is still open. The above link to website went dead and their website seemed to vanish after 2006. The first picture above is of the owner in 1956. They claim to have been around since 1961.
