The logging railroad I think you may be asking about however is the Carry Pond & Carry Brook RR of the Boyd Harvey Lumber Co. This little known operation was located near Moosehead Lake up in Piscataquis County, not too far from the Monson RR, and it operated for just two years from 1914 to 1916 and was taken up in 1918. It's not well documented and I've never seen a photo of it in operation, but it's known that Boyd Harvey purchased several 2ft gauge flat cars from the Portland Company, including a couple of cute little 4-wheel flats that resembled the early 4-wheel cars on the D&RG. Two of the conventional 8-wheel Boyd Harvey flats were purchased by the Monson RR for $200 each in 1916 and finished out their days as Monson numbers 23 and 24.
