Otherwise all material on this site IS under copyright. Of coarse that means if its my 'original work and creations'. It takes allot of work to put a website together and gather history. Again..we have no interest in copyright violations but please a little proof of ownership of those rights? EXAMPLE---I copy pages from a book published in 1912 or 1873 or ??? A magazine article ? A newspaper article? Who has copyright if its still alive? The original author or publisher OR somebody that got ambitious and copied it to the web? This copyright stuff has many baffled including libraries. Often it ends up simply a money game. Copy something and sell it. If you see it elsewhere on web scream its YOURS. Most website hosts don't want any expense from any smell of a lawsuit and just delete sites. Sort of survival of those that scream the loudest.
o---they don't even want to admit any FAIR USE clause exists. Any person can legally take excepts from anything for non-commercial usage. Ever see a book without a section with 'credits and sources' ???
