Maps to show the Howard Mill Road location. Much of the land in surrounding area ended up with the Moosehorn National Wildlife Refuge. They seem to be on an effort to get rid of the name. Headquarters Road ? Shame on them. A descendant of the Howard's gave them the land !!!!
