All old Photos seem to be lost forever. My grandmother Mary (Howard) Mitchell had a bout with Cancer 195-. The medical expenses rose. At the same time she was hit with a new huge tax bill in relation to Howard Lake lands. The only solution ended up giving everything to a Lloyd Clark affiliated with Moosehorn National Wildlife Refuge. As to what the terms were nothing was ever received in return. My grandfather was bitter for years over the matter. He eventually re-married and somewhere-sometime anything to do with Howard Lake was disposed of. It's unfortunate as I believe there were historical photo's of people and places throughout the 1900's era. All I could find were several photo's out of my parents photo pile which also 99.99999% seems lost and gone. (please excuse my negative comments !!! I'm 2 generations down so I'm not one to questions affairs and events. I just relay my grandfathers/grandmothers words)
That's the famous website owner Age 4 in 1954 at Howard Lake. The photo is a lost photo but I tried 7 different edits and at least something shows. I'm distorted but !!! Otherwise that's a normal fish from Howard Lake. Here's different sizes but all look very poor.
